i guess, but id rather get rid of it without plecos or anything as they will make me move everything in the tank around to catch them before i get the green terrors. i cant have the plecos with the gfts or they will eat the eggs

Give us the wattage drawn by all of them....

I actually decided that I won't get the UPS as the power outages in my area only last 5-10 minutes... The benificial bacteria in the filters wont die, in lets say... 1 hr (longest power outage i would guess) and the tanks wont get cold right?

I don't think its worth the money.

After a lot of thought, I don't think I am going to breed green terrors. This is mostly due to the fact that they would be very difficult to sell. I do however plan on getting a green terror sometime (not for this tank though).

So, what fish to get.

Fish I KNOW I want:

Flagtail

Fish I REALLY want:

Datnoid

Upside Down Catfish

Fire eel/any eel (my subtrate is large and kinda sharp though =(

I'd love to hold a knifefish. I'd rather not get an african knife, but I suppose thats all that would work. (what about a zebra knife)

Clown Loaches
crazy fish

Fish I want:

eartheaters, parrot cichlids, firemoth, jack dempsy, other medium to large cichlids, severums

pictus cats or other catfish

leporinus

tilapia

---------

Well, thats all I can think of right now. Let me know what you think would be a good stock. For the record I would like to have at least 2 cichlids.

Let me help you out a bit:
you could keep your silverdollars and add them following stock listed below
First about the datnoids... I have 3 NTT (thin-bars), and 1 indo. They have great personalitya like oscars. The ntts would be great for your tank. Ntt are not really expenisive.
Flagtail Prochidulis- I will be getting one soon. Due to recent expericence water quality must be great and tankmates must be peacuful or you will lose your fish. Geophagus, uaru, etc..
As for large cichlids you could have in that tank : Uaru, severum, geophagus, etc...
Heres a possible stocklist: tell me if you like
all the silverdollars
2-3 Thinbar dats
1 flagtail prochudils
1 syno cat (USD)
1 geo juruapri
1 rotkiel severum
1 uaru
