I found a deal on craigslist for a 90 gallon acrylic tank that I couldn't pass up.
I was originally going to get a 40B... then a 55... then a 75... then this 90!

Equipment:
2 Eheim filters
2 2x t8 32W shoplights

Substrate:
Mineralized top soil with pool filter sand cap

Decor:
rocks
wood from the forest behind my house

Plants:
wisteria
Argentine swords
Marsilea minuta
wendtii crypts
jungle val (in the right corner its giant but I have a smaller leafed plant in the middle)
dwarf sag
Hygrophila balsamica? (not sure)

spent the last 2 days setting it up- still a lot of changes I will make and need more plants but hopefully with time the plants will fill in enough

Sorry for the quality- these were taken with my phone

I am going to leave it half filled so the plantes get better light for now and may make a DIY Co2 just to get the plants started faster
Thanks for looking! Tell me what you think- this is my first attempt at "aquascaping". My second biggest tank is still my 10G! :D

Looks like a great start! This will be awesome once the plants take off. DIY CO2 might be tough on a 90 gallon tank, but worth a try if you want to stay low tech.

The Jungle val is going crazy with the MTS. I pulled out a lot of it because it was covering some of the other plants.

The Mini pellia in the middle is healthy and growing pretty fast, although I can't say the same for the rest of it

Hopefully I will take some more pictures when I get back from vacation in a week.

Your tank has come along very nicely. The plants look like they are doing very nicely too.
