Last night I bought a 55 gallon tank off of craigslist. It came with everything pictured. But no hoods, & no heater.
A good deal or no?
(I personally don't need a heater. W/O one the tank stays at 76-78 degrees.)
All for $61
Pictures:
These are horrible, but bear with me. My Nikon is broken *sigh*.
Tank. Not very good, really poor overhead lighting combined with lamp on top doesn't make a very nice picture.
Stand. An even worse picture. I couldn't get the darn thing to stay still.
(Measures 38 inches high, 58 inches across...HUGE. and heavy!)
Filter. Blurry & bright. /: Aquatech 30-60
Air pump. (Pretty big)
They gave me this thing. I don't know what it's called, but it connects all the airpump-things/decorations. LOL. You can control which one's are on, which one's are off, etc. etc. Pretty handy.
Two of the airpump-decorations. One's a clam [that the lady said used to be purple] and the house-thing.
Random stuff she gave me. Said she was ready to get out of the freshwater hobby and into the saltwater.
Light bulbs. No hoods, just 2 18" bulbs.
WHOOOO. Free basket!
Also came with 3 long finned zebra danios, 1 regular danio, 1 HUGE common pleco, and some kind of loach.
She also had some shrimp and fly larvae, but that's in the fridge and It's honestly way tooooo nasty to even think about taking a picture of it. :yuck:
I plan on re-scaping the tank soon.
