Ace25's 75G Build Thread

Thanks Ozone.. it is a passion of love for me. I value the life in my tanks like a mother would value her child and do everything I possibly can to make sure I can give them the best home possible. Having several fish over 7 years old in the tank now, much longer than their lifespan in nature, I think I am doing a pretty good job at it. My saying is "Reef Tanks - Not just a hobby, it is a lifestyle". :D

Tank is looking full, when you move why not go a size larger? If you need help with the move, let me know I can help you out. Hope all is well....

Because I won't be moving into a house I own yet ;) .. so the 75G is still going to be the perfect size "renters" tank for me. Big enough to enjoy and small enough to move without too much hassle. Plus I get to play "bonsai" with my corals and trim them regularly which is a win-win for everyone.. free corals spread around and keeps my tank looking clean. Many corals still have a lot of growing to do still, but others like my green slimer and hyacinth birdsnest it is now just about trimming to keep it where I want it. I can enjoy this tank for many more years before I feel the itch to upgrade again. Remember, I started with my 29G as a SW tank back in 1995, took 13 years before I finally upgraded from that tank to the one I have now, and I still run the 29G in my bedroom. I am no "Jflip". LOL.

Frikken sweet!

Well ace i never actually went through thread page for page but i have a greater respect for you probably more so then anyone on this forum.. your dedication is beyond anything i can begin to comprehend.. i really wish i had the kind of money and knowledge to set up something like that.. my parents think im crazy for speding a few thousand on a "stupid fish tank" at age 18 going into college but i guess they dont understand.

Once my Solana is up and running and buy this Mp20 and 300 dollar Ro devise would you do any sort of coral package if i sent you a box and enough for overnight shipping?!

I am doing a frag pack right now for Scootrnerd and have a couple locals also grabbing frags off me the next couple weeks.. so I will be cleaned out for a little while. I wanted to get cleaned out before the move though anyway so it is good.. then I can get the tank setup at the new place and about a month later I will have more frags. When I have a bunch I will post so. I am sure I will have a few "accidental" frags from the move.. that is unavoidable no matter how careful you are.

I am moving about 30 miles away.. not too far.

o trust me dude im gonna be broke for a while before i send the box hahaha.
