It sure is. I'd LOVE to get my hands on some of these. Unlike a lot of gecko species, these guys do come out in the day to bask and such.

If you know somebody over there with enough rank you could make it happen! I knew someone who had a pair of Amphiprion chagosensis, the Chagos Clownfish that he brought back from r&r in Diego Garcia. When I asked him how he got them through customs he said that the eagles on his shoulders flew them right through!
