Adding new fish

I'm going to add 4 zebra danios to my tank on Thursday. On monday I tried to add some and they all died because of my pH (you can read about that in my other post). So my question is: Do you think it would be beneficial to add the fish one at a time this time? With 5-10 minute intervals in case the first one shows signs of harm then I might have time to save the last one?? My idea on how to add them is this: Float the bag for 20 minutes, add some tank water to the bag every 10 minutes until it's half and half. Then scoop out the first fish, add it to the tank, wait for an interval and add the next. If they show any signs of stress then I will scoop them out and slowly add the mixture of water, and try other ways to save them. Do you think that this is worth it at all?
PS- I will try and match the pH with the one at the store as closely as possible this time!

Does adding only one a day benefit the fish? I know it would be a lower risk for sure. Maybe I will do that.

It also reduced the stress on your tanks biosystems. Shocking the bacteria with 4 new fish at a time can produce ugly results in some instances.

So I buy one fish, leave it in, and if it lives until the next day I go out and buy another one?? Hmm.. alright, that makes sense, I suppose. This definitely isn't a hobby for impatient people like myself, but I will try my best. If I succeed with my first fish, I should just repeat the process every day for four days?? How long after can I get six more?? In total I would like to have 10 Zebra Danios and then try to breed them. Any advice would be extremely appreciated :)

what i would do is do one today and one tomorrow, and then let it sit for a week.....then repeat that for 5 weeks....

its definately not for the impatient, but its worth it to be impatient considering how much time and money goes into a fish tank

Two a week for 5 weeks? Since danios are school fish would it be okay to leave just two in for a week?

well i dont have the knowldge that most do on here.....if they rely on being in schools amybe its a good idea to add four to see how they do for a week or so....im not sure ive never had any danios.

I think I will either trying buying one or two fish tomorrow to see if they survive in my tank. If they do then I think I will purchase two more on Sunday. Do you think a 3-day interval would be sufficient? How much would the ammonia levels spike because of two small fish apprx. 1.5"?
