I'm going to add 4 zebra danios to my tank on Thursday. On monday I tried to add some and they all died because of my pH (you can read about that in my other post). So my question is: Do you think it would be beneficial to add the fish one at a time this time? With 5-10 minute intervals in case the first one shows signs of harm then I might have time to save the last one?? My idea on how to add them is this: Float the bag for 20 minutes, add some tank water to the bag every 10 minutes until it's half and half. Then scoop out the first fish, add it to the tank, wait for an interval and add the next. If they show any signs of stress then I will scoop them out and slowly add the mixture of water, and try other ways to save them. Do you think that this is worth it at all?
PS- I will try and match the pH with the one at the store as closely as possible this time!
