if they are laying eggs how do they fertilized the eggs and if it does grow fungus will they hatch?

there still fat and there not filed with gas or have eggs well it doesnt mate it wife may be at the pet store it may have eggs what i meant by fill with gas is floating like this example (it not my frog)
