No, I do not take a food thermometer with me when I eat out. I'm not quite to that stage of paranoia just yet. As I mentioned earlier I work in the food industry (sort-of) and I have the advantage of having been in the kitchen/prep. areas of many establishments. That being said, I know fairly well which places to overlook in my area.
