In my 29g i used pieces of rigid airline tubing shoved into holes I drilled in pieces of malay driftwood. The tubing fits snugly in the suction cups that you can buy at lfs. Then i just stuck the pieces to the back wall. It really brought the fish off the bottom, and helped fill the top part of the tank (which is notoriously hard to fill in 29g tanks). pieces of java fern shoved in cracks and allowed to cover the wood look absolutly stunning. What you've got so far looks really nice though. Nice tank uncabret (and I don't usually say that unless i mean it).
My only suggestion is that you clump the plants together a little more to form a "plantfree" space about 1/3 of the way form either side of the tank.
