and no, i seriously doubt that you should use turtles to cycle a tank or put turtles in a tank with fish in it.

Illegal to sell. Customs Canada does not like how it contains "live" bacteria.

no not necessary, but if its been a while since you did a water change, you might want to, won't hurt either way.
