You want to get the temp right before you add the Bio spria. Bio spira is Cycle, except it really does work and cycle your tank. You need to add the packet of Bio spria along with a FULL fish load.danielle_adam said:so after putign that bio shira in and the water temp it up to normal how long do i have to wait to put fish in
50% is the "norm". It will balance on all the levels and keep them in a safe range. When I say a water change I also include doing a gravel vac.danielle_adam said:how come half of the water, what about vacumming the gravel
Its actually illegal to be sold in Canada. I ran into the same problems. You have two options now. These people sell it to Canadians are are really good about keeping it cold: http://fishstoretn.com/bio_spira.html The other option is just to cycle the tank fishless. For this you will need ammonia, and will have to wait the 6-8 weeks it takes. But if you can get some gravel (a cup full) or some filter media from someone who has already cycled, and add it to your tank it will make the cycle go faster.danielle_adam said:can u get this bio sphira in canada at pet land?
