Or atleast I think it is.
About 2 months ago I got 2 fiddler crabs for my 55 gallon tank. A male and a female and all was going fine and dandy until about a month ago they disappeared. So I tore my entire room apart looking for them thinking they climbed the heater cord up and out of my tank. After looking for about an hour I decided that they had died and been eatin or they had crawled out of my room and died. So today rolls along and Im turning my 10 gallon into a mini reef. It got me in the mood to clean both tanks so after setting up the 10 gallon I decided to change 2 of the 4 pads in my Penguin 350. When I pull of the top something darted away. I kinda freaked out and I was like "There is NO WAY that is what I think it was!" So I proceded to remove the filter pads and sure enough both of the crabs had been living in the filter for the past month!!! And they both seem to be doing great!
Kinda amazing if you think about how crappy those living conditions are! lol
