Added new Angel fish in the tank after a month of "Cycling'. Tank is 3 ft long and 1.5 feet width and height. All the fish are grouped in one corner and they move slowly in around the tank if no one is around the tank. it is almost 24 hours now, and the challenge is how to feed them as they go far away when we near them. How long this will continue?

From what I can gather from your other threads, this is a new tank? What are your readings in PPM for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?

They can wait, no need to feed ASAP. Put very little food in at first. They will eat when they get hungry.

Re-check your water in a few days. Difficult to get "zero" Nitrates.

I think your tank is not cycled yet. Plan to do daily water changes to keep your fish healthy. Any ammonia or nitrite is harmful to them. Food can add to the issue.

ok Sure. Also there was sudden rise in the pH level (8.8), I did not add any substrate to tank recently. Only added almond leaves.
