Angelfish in a 20 Long??

correct post above mine..
Sometimes I use ick medicine and others don't recall brand.
I only use salt with bigger fish to help keep stress away!

Its really unnecessary but I suppose its a matter of personal preference too.

I wouldn't house an angelfish or a pair in a 20 long. In a 20H you might be fine but in a 20L, it's a big no no. It's such a short tank and they would really benefit in a much bigger tank. Short term, yes, but long term no. I would never buy a fish unless I'm sure that I have a long term house ready or at least in the process of making it.

Get it if you are sure to have a house for them other than the 20 long. but I'd wait.

I'd go with a pair of Apistos, Kribs or Rams in a 20G Long.

I would wait. If they dont have enough vertical height their dorsals will bend/kink. They will go from dime to adult in roughly 4 months. I think you're cutting it too close. Better to wait and not end up with deformed dorsals.

Totally agree with this! I have seen angels in pet shops with bent fins, and they are not very attracting...
