Another CL scam???

Why not do both, I would start the dispute on paypal immediately. Also this might be a lesson for CL, do not buy anything over the phone or email.

Filed the dispute, then got this email.

Hello, I just received the flute back in today's mail. Apparently I mixed up your address by putting Lantern, MN and Eagan Ct. instead of the reverse way. I'm resending the flute out to you tomorrow and you should have it shortly. I apologize for my error. Thanks -Suzie

:wall:

If anything at least I got a response out of her...

Dont remove the dispute until the flute arrives. You cant dispute it a second time if the seller is BS'ing you.

Sounds like the old bait and switch. Sucked you in on a good buy and then "upgraded" to a flute that prolly doesn't exist. Good luck.

File a complaint with the BBB.

File a complaint with paypal then CALL. Ask to speak to a supervisor. This person has had known issues and shouldn't even have a paypal account, you did not know they were no good until after you made the purchase and then found the feedback on eBay. I am guessing you would have never bought the item if you had seen the eBay feedback.

This will speed the process up.

I would still file a claim with paypal and the Better Business Bureau. If you have the business name can you do a google search to find the address? Maybe put the phone number in to get it. You can file a claim with the BBB if you have an address and company name. You may be able to do it with the phone number too. Not sure. Either way, I would file the claim with both.

It's a self run company...the seller is the supervisor.

I've checked the website, nothing about a phone # or address.
