Another CL scam???

Since apparently the item is being shipped with the correct address (granted, how she only got it back today is beyond me) I'm going to wait on the refund. I have 20 days I think until the dispute is closed so I'll give it a week until I bump it up to a claim.

So it's been 5 days...no sign of the flute. I mean, the person lives literally less than an hour away...how long should standard shipping take? Still no tracking number either.

I have some time until I can elevate to claim status, but when should I do this?

Elevate now, if you live that close, even the slowest shipper should be no more than 2 days.

Honestly bag the person and tag em send them on a bus ride to saskatchewan say mid dec and I will give the a wonderful christmas present. I will stick their lips to a light standard.

Then they can try to play a flute!!!!!!!

wow, that sucks, jpappy. Don't give that seller any more chances, seriously. She is lying through her teeth and you know it. I hope you get your money back. I agree your best chance would be to talk to a paypal supervisor directly over the phone... using your voice is always more effective than via email.

edit: you ninja'd me :)

Yeah pap its good you did it.i dont use paypal because i got scammed a few times. But i was the seller pay pal favors the consumer like 9 outta 10 .ne way sorry to hear good luck
