Hi everyone,
While this is technically a newbie question, I'm really hoping for the the input of experienced users only.
I got some great input and advice yesterday from an experienced user who suggested my tank is close to being overstocked, and while I have absolutely NO reason to doubt him, I have to say one of the most difficult part of this hobby for a beginner is that there is all kinds of conflicting advice out there. The biggest factor for me to ensure I continue enjoying this is the well being of my fish. I don't ever want to do anything to compromise that, so I want to be as thorough as I can with my research.
With all that being said, I thought it might be a good idea to post a poll and collect feedback from experienced users about whether or not I can safely add two more fish to my tank (2 peacock gudgeons) or should I leave well enough alone.
Thanks for any input you can provide.
20 gallon planted
AquaClear 200 filter
Last readings were: Ammonia 0, Nitrites 0, PH 7.5, temp 24 Celsius
Weekly water changes of approx 20%, vaccuum substrate.
2 Honey Gouramis
4 Dwarf Neon Rainbows
4 Kuhli Loaches
You can see pics here.
