Anyone using the Current USA TrueLumen LED strips?

Dont ever buy things like that. It is literally a LED strip and a metal bracket. It prob cost the company $10 per strip. HUGE profits. Make your own. Order a LED strip and make yourself a bracket out of plastic or metal, and just attach the LED strip.

You're way off. DIY is not the end all be all in LED construction. And even if it suits you, I don't think it's fair to assume everyone wants to hear about DIY LED everytime a question is asked about a product. I believe a lot of thought has gone into some of the newer LED fixtures that are coming out lately, the cost is coming down and the quality is going up. The features and finish quality of the 3 models in the comparison link certainly rival or best any AC DIY project I've seen to date. Don't get me wrong, I know how to build things and know what's possible with LED's. I simply disagree that building it yourself is best the way to get a quality fixture. or a warrantee. or something safe and tested and reliable. or with future dimming support.

Anyway, this is not a DIY thread, it is about the Current USA TrueLumen PRO strips, and the ReefBrites and Vertex strips.

If anyone has tried THESE SPECIFIC LED STRIPS with planted tanks, please share your experiences.
