if my mom has bad credit would that affect me?
lets say she had bad credit in ripon ( thats who the appt manager is talkin to anyways ) and i was like 11 or 12 would that affect me at ALL??

i talked to one of my good friends mom ( been friends since we were babys her son is in fl in the military and other son is in 11th grade ) shes a realiter so i asked her a few Qs and shes like i dont have to worry everything will be fine since i didnt have any credit there shouldnt be any bad credit then. if this dont work out i can always rent an appt from them guys lol

no..forget the tanks...your attention should be on the apartment and a job...

Agreed. It's tough, believe ,me, I know. When I moved out of my parents' house, it was almost 5 years before I could afford to get a tank up and running again. It sucked, but it helped me save money and get my husband and I on our feet. Now we have some fish again, and a nice cushion in savings.
