welll isnt eating the ENTIRE fish considered fin nipping to the extreme????

Yeah, i was thinking the same thing. the fish getting eaten has got to feel like the other fish is aggressive. I have had elephant noses, ghost knives, brown knives & baby whales. Depending on the particulatr fish, some of them seemed to be very aggressive. My baby whale insisted that no other fish be allowed in his half of a 90gal tank. All the other fish were crowded on one side.

i look at it this way my wife just got a really good deal on a jack dempsie i put him in the same set up with the knife and he started biting him my knife to my knolage has never niped any of my fish other then nipping lol
