AquaBid SUCKS!

Might be wise to leave out specific names, your experience may have been bad but someone elses may have been ok.

look at their feedback on aquabid I'm Hardly the only one...also this is the same guy that kept dragon gobies in pure freshwater and claimed they'll do fine. I'd rather name names and prevent someone from having a crappy transaction then not saying anything at all and wait for the "GRRRR all my fish died from such and such place"

lol. I remember that. I emailed someone and hes like " the dragons like FW better, we werent aware they were brackish"
*facepalm*

I just tried to register and got the same problem.

I always thought the whole leave-the-name-out thing is a weird rule.. especially in the case of businesses that are consistently bad. At that point, we're just warning and protecting other hobbyists.

And yes, Aquabid sucks.

Its not a wierd rule..Its that way purposly so we dont get people joining up AC to fight their cause because they may of found a thread, such as this, via a google search...and want to put their side of the issue across...It just promotes negative feeling all round and end in arguments about something which is nothing to do with AC as website.

Anyone is free to PM the thread OP and find out what the perticular name is..

I doubt it'd happen so much that it could become a problem, I've never seen it happen on any other forums. Whatever works for you though.

aquabid is going thru some maintenance this week thats why there has been problems. i havent had a problem dealing with aquabid dont know what you guys are doing but ive been doing business on there for about 2 years now.

we are just trying to register. I just want an account so I can buy some fish!

It has happened enough to be an issue here.

I love Aqua-Bid.

I remember one occasion just this past summer, I believe. I think its a fair rule. Its perfectly easy to post a thread describing the negative experience and state that you'd be willing to give out the name of the seller in a private message.
