Actually, I've ordered from them twice. The first time took a couple of weeks to get my order, but they let me know. The second one came in 2 days. I've had only good experiences with them. It's unfortunate that you haven't because they really send top quality plants.
I have bought from these guys many times. It is true that emails won't be answered. Phone calls have always been answered by Mark and he is very casual and seemingly concerned with your inquiries. I too have had great experiences with them and, unfortunately, not so great experiences. It took me nearly a month to get a product that I was told was to be shipped in 24 hours. They put my order aside for clarification because I had asked for washers that were not compatible with the Co2 system I ordered. Communication is not always there forte, but they mean well and do try to do the right thing in a timely fashion. The plants I have bought from them in the past have been of excellent quality. That is hard to find anywhere.

Mad as in angry or just plain NUTS?
My plants arrived today! And as usual, they're great, and the bunches are HUGE! I wish they'd have come last week, but I can live with a little late for how wonderful their plants are. I just didn't realize how many PINK species I ordered! :lol2:
Sorry I've been gone, been extra super sized sick lol but I finally got my plants today... 10 days after ordering. I havent even seen them yet as they arrived and I am at work. I understand everyone saying I paid for express shipping not express processing, however with how much I spent and how much I did pay for shipping I would have really liked an email letting me know that what I ordered was in fact not in stock as it said on the website it was. Even just a general note on the main website saying "ya know we're running a little behind on shipments" would have left me an informed customer at the least. So, I will go home tonight and see what I ended up with, I don't expect to be disappointed still I don't know that I would order from these guys again. I think I'll have enough plants now to start selling my own overgrowth in a few weeks actually lol!

I won't let long processing times kill my happiness of getting new plants... though I must exterminate the snails because I can't STAND stinky pond snails!

I have ordered plants from both them and liveaquaria. LiveAquaria had my order processed same day and delivered on time, but had pest snails. It was all wrapped in newspaper and was nearly frozen when it was delivered.
Aquariumplants I ordered on a Monday night, emailed them Wednesday asking when I could expect they be shipped out. No response, so I called Wednesday afternoon and got someone on the phone, they told me they would be shipped out that night. I ordered using 2 day, and they actually arrived the next day Thursday. I paid for the foam packaging as it was cold out and all it was actually packed in was a few of the padded UPS envelopes rolled up. The plants were in excellent shape inside, but the order seemed small. No snails.

Well my plants are so-so. Yes, they are large amounts which is nice however some aren't looking so hot. It could be the shock of "holy-crap-i'm-out-of-water-and-wrapped-in-newspaper-for-two-whole-days" syndrome so I'm going to really take them all out take off any dead matter and replant them as I just kind of stuck them in the substrate at 12am when I got home from work. I'll let you all know the final verdict after they perk up but so far I'm 99.9% positive I'm taking my business somewhere that actually seems to care about my business...
definitely got some snails too. they dont really look like pond snails that ive seen though... ill have to take them out and get a better view during cleaning... i HATE pest snails that overpopulate x10000000000000 to the 25th power 
Okay.... I think it's official that I'm not ordering from them anymore. Even though I shook outall of the plants I still ended up with a mess in my tanks. Overall I'm just not that thrilled with anything I got from them Better luck next time!
