Are my Plecos Sick ?

I have a sailfin gibby that looks very similar to that. At first, I too thought it was ill, but quickly learned that it is from stress. It is most noticiable when I first turn the light on in the tank. After a while, it starts looking normal again. When lights are off in the tank, but turned on in the room, it looks fine.

IMO, if your other fish are doing well, I would put them back in the tank. Leaving your plecos in a small bowl with 2 water changes a day will stress them much more and they will more than likely die from the stress. Just monitor them in the tank, make sure they are eating well and continue on good tank maintenance regime.

those dont appear to be trinidads, but gibbiceps. i have one and he gets those kinds of bands over his spots. some days hes almost washed out in areas with bands of chocolate, and other days he gets so dark, the "grout lines" between his "pebble spots" turn almost gray. i think its a maturation and mood thing

i evacuted the tank today , and i don find test kit :( , they seems so stress full , but i think they ll be fine in a few days ...

Im lost, why have you evacuated the tank? These guys look perfectly healthy to me, all my plecos get this colouring, and changing their water twice a day and living in a small bowl i agree will be problematic. Also you dont want to have these guys seperated for 2 long and they need to go back into the tank together.

Give them a few days and you will notice that they seem to have many colour variations. And as mentioned before regular tank maintenance is the way to go. There really is no need to be changing the water twice a day unless you have some serious water quality issues.

hi , i didn t evacuted the tank cuz of the plecos , i got slime mold once in my tank , and since i still don have the test kit i didn t know the exact params , so i evacutin 35% of tank water every 2 days , but yesterday i see it s abit cloudy again , i afraid to loose more fish so i evacuted all again ... ( i put plecos back before evacutin ) .. now everything looks good ...
