I recently moved house, and while the water parameters did not change much, I have noticed that my plants are not doing as well as they were.
They are mostly low light plants, crypts, hygro, java fern/java moss, and (higher light I know) an Amazon sword. The hygro was growing like crazy, now its barely growing at all, same with fern's and moss. I changed a lightbulb, which could be the problem (I bought the tank used, came with some spare bulbs, a bulb went out, so I replaced with one that came with the tank, forgot to check what type but certain it was a zoo med plant bulb).
So, can water parameters affect plants? or can simply moving them affect them to some degree? I have also noticed slower growth in my 55G after moving, but this has started to pick up again.
