are you an obsessive compulsive fishkeeper?

I am always counting. Forget tetras--I think trying to count all my otos is the most frustrating. They are so impossible to spot. The only time I can verify they are all there and well is when I do a water change and they all congregate in one corner.

I would...1....never be so....2...OCD/anal retentive...3...to admit...4...that I need...5...to count the...6...number of...7...fish...8...that I...9...have...10. 11 12 13 14 15 16 ......ummm, 1 2 3 ...

the awnser to the question in my case is YES. I was count ing them yesterday and noticed my bicher was missing. suspicious yet nothing to panic. I checked under my tank with a flashlight and he was exploring the ugf like any curious fish with that shape would. what make it easy, is each is a different odball, so All I have to do is spot a giant orange kin kong bp, 2 small cichlids, an eel, and a giant knife (and a pleco is implied)
