I've heard some bad stuff about them, and not much good. They wouldn't reply to my emails for almost a week after purchase, and were very rude about it, so rude I ended up canceling the order.

Apparently they're bad for giving you random fish & plants and for bad shipping/packaging.
 
@#$%^&* - that will tech me to do better homework. I got a bunch of different Cichlids from them, well i hope all goes well with it, i'll report back when the fish show up. thanks for the replies

Yes, please report back, because I've been so close to ordering from them so many times. They are in my state.

Also, they delay the shipping charge a few days, separate from the order total.
Are their shipping rates decent?
 
there shipping is what fed-ex charges so i imagaine it is like everyone else

They called today to cheak what fed-ex station i wanted it held at, haveing it held as instead of them going for a cold ride in the fed-ex truck. i should be able to go meet them at about 10:30 wed morn at the fed-ex station
 
just got the fish out of 29 fish ordered, 25 were sent (missing 4 clown loaches no one told me) , one pink convict was missing entirely from the order, one peacock cichlid was DOA, the rest of the fish seem to be just fine and i have then acclamizing right now, all fish were of a small size but that is of no concern, they did call me the day i ordered to find what fed-ex station i wanted my package held at. If anyone want other info on them let me know
