Attacks on shrimp are verified but not taking down a whole colony. Shrimp will outbreed what Assassins eat 1000 to 1. I have kept 80+ assassins in with less than 100 shrimp and had no losses even though the assassins were only fed every other week or so. Most cases are starved snails after transport or not being fed live foods at the shippers end. The other reports are dumb shrimp syndrome stupid shrimp at the wrong place wrong time.

Dumb Shrimp Syndrome. Nice.

Anyway, so where does one come up with "an assassin snail ate my whole colony of shrimp"? Seems like a pretty far stretch to make... *shakes head* Strange people.

I wonder if anyone I know will stumble on this information and warn me since quite a few of my friends know I keep "killer snails" LOL!
