Just thought I would share some info. I finally installed an auto-topoff system for the new aquarium. I ended up going with the ATO by JBJ. Has quite a few good features and comes with two sensors and many different ways to hook it up. It is about as plug and play as they come. I am using my 5 gallon jugs of RO and just drop in the line and pump and that is all the change out I have to do...pretty simple.

This is the link to Marine Depot for the information on the JBJ ATO:

This is my set-up - preliminary just to get it working. Waiting for my 2nd DC8 to come back and then I can do the final fit.

I got the 5 gallon from my LFS and have a few of them for RO and pre-mix SW that they sell. Handy that they also use the Tropic Marin Pro in their pre-mix system for their tanks.

I think right now since I am saving a lot of space on the left side of the stand for all the "electrics" I will have to build something. I was even going to try my hand at a first pelxiglass project (and I realize I should use Lexan) but would be simple and then I could leave it out.

Oh, got my suncoral today will take a pic when the lights go out..food goes in and hopefully it comes out to eat.

Who is Phallen? Tried to look them up in members and could not locate them. Here is the pic....doesn't look bad for the first night.

Things got so much easier for me once we bought an auto top-off. I was going to buy the JBJ, but decided to get another instead. I set up a ~10g reservoir and add alkalinity buffer to it, which has really helped to stabilize and maintain our KH where I wanted it to be all along (10 - 12 dKH).
