Really awesome pix...and glad you could take some boys to an aquarium exhibit...keep up the great work.....

Yeah, it really was nice. They were really excited, and we probably would have spent the whole day there if we had the time. I'm glad to be able to enrich their lives even beyond the church setting and help them gain a better appreciation for the world we live in!
So I ran a slideshow from our camp last night at church, and didn't include the pics from the aquarium (I had over 500 pics from the week, couldn't show everything), and I think some of them were disappointed. I did show them later though because some people were asking to see them. I'm thinking I need to dip into the petty cash at some point and set up a nice freshwater tank in our student ministry building. Or maybe I'll just pay for it myself when I've got the extra $$$. They can be our youth group mascots!

Great pix! I love the flat frogs. Those kids were a lucky bunch to have that opportunity. The only church trip my kids have been on to date was to an old folks home - not so exciting, but educational nonetheless.

Well, we do those things too. Our students had worked really hard all week doing a Bible Club for little kids in a government housing complex, and I thought with so many great things to do in the area and a little free time, I'd might as well treat them to something. Just glad they chose the aquarium...my favorite!
