Axolotl Babies: Journal with Photos

Thanks for that info :D
I feed mine bloodworms and they love them!
I avoid using earthworms as they could carry parasites.

I culture my own from known healthy stock... though I've never heard of anyone having any problems with parasites and I've never heard of earthworms carrying parasites. I don't feed wild worms..... however some do. It's pretty well accepted practice. Visit Caudata.org for more info. I supplement my feedings with Salmon Pellets and Bloodworms for variety. Some raise animals on Pellets only though I don't do it as they cloud the water easily. Bloodworms are lacking in nutrition and are unsuitable as a major dietary component. They aren't really "worms" as they are the larvae of an insect (a Midge).

Thanks!

What typer of filter is that? Is it just that canister and then plugs into wall? That's very sleek.

Not sure what tank your talking about, but the baby axies tank (last pic) is just a hang on waterfall filter, and the adults tank (first 2 pics) is an internal filter, I don't know much more than that :)
