hmm, dwarf puffers are very rarely OK in anything but a species-only tank. I know many stores have them labeled as "community fish" but they are not. It sounds like you already know to expect some aggression from them. Be very careful, as they will often kill much larger fish by tearing their fins until the other fish succumbs to stress or infection.
Also, what do you plan on feeding them? I have a dwarf puffer tank, too, and they were difficult to feed. I have since trained them to accept a variety of foods, but they're all live or frozen. They almost never accept prepared foods such as flakes or pellets.
