I really like my xp's...they are very easy to use, quiet, and do a good job. The quick disconnect and self-priming are features that make filter and tank maintenance very easy. This being said, the prices on the Rena's have skyrocketed. www.kensfish.com has the best prices I believe. What is your stocking going to be? On my 30g invert tanks I run xp1's, on my 29g fish tanks, I run an xp1 and an ac50 (i think that is what it is, lol).
