well after carefully observing i noticed that my rummy nse tetra's may have brought Ich into my tank. I qted them (so far 3 of them have 1 or 2 spots on each)

anyways what should i treat the tank they came out of I was thinking the following any suggestions would be helpfull

Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Super Ick Cure- 1 1/4 OZ.
Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Super Ick Cure- 8 Capsules
Kordon Rid Ich- 4OZ.
Aquarium Products Clout (10 Tabs)

which of these do you think works best?

I have never had the salt treatment bother my plants in any noticeable way. As the article said I am neither a plant guru, nor will a say for a fact that it won't hurt your plants because I do not know the full effect that salt may have on every plant available. but I have had no issue whatsoever with short term (2-5 weeks) salt treatment, and have many plants in all of my tanks including my q-tank which serves as a grow out tank and snail breeder as well as a q-tank. Meds can be effective, but the side effects, hassle, stress, etc. just don't seem to be worth the effort when salt is easy and simple by comparison.
