Good, that's great to hear. so much better than not testing or using strips.

It cannot hurt, remember there is more in the water than nitrates, it's just that is is much easier to measure and therefore use that as a rule of thumb as to when to change water,

you should be able to get away with large water changes daily if necessary, at least till everything looks much better, just build up slowly to reduce stress.

Can you take a picture of the entire tank so we can get a better idea if there is another source of possible triggers of stres. She looks on the thin side.

I took the whole tank apart yesterday to pull her out. She was almost lifeless. She's not eating and is even thinner than before. She was swimming more today, but have her in a small bowl.

She's gone. However the rest are all active and healthy!
