We use a 2-liter bottle with the bottom cut off and the lid sealed on with an air tube going through the middle of the lid. Pixie could give you more details on it... I'll tell her to get on.

She just got a package in the mail from another AC member, so I told her to wipe the drool and get on here...lol.
hahahah ;-) This is the exact same process I use but here it is shown with mason jars instead. I will be trading in the old 2 liters very soon because they're a pain to work with.

Try Kroger or call around other grocery shops... maybe even a cracker barrel around there might be carrying some. I unno, of course they are everywhere you turn around here. I could always send you some too. I have boxes full of them from family canning and preserving. No charge, just shipping. Oh yeah, it’s not really that time of year anymore for canning. Hmmmm, That may be why they’re not out anymore.
I’ll see if I can find the doc I used for my 2 liter setup later on. I must tell yah, I didn’t have a great time with my hatchery. Hands down, I hated it with the 2 liter setup. I hope this one turns out to be a much better setup and less hassle.
