Biological Badlands...Mafia #8

Alright, I saw JL on the thread earlier but he never did post anything. I realize he's not the only person to have ever done that, but given that he hasn't posted much and that he was on the mee-mee train, I'm very tempted to vote him also. I'll give you until tomorrow noon to change my mind, JL. Also Ewurm may be snowing me, but at least he's here trying to explain his vote on mee-mee, so I retract my vote to genetically test Ewurm.

I logged on from work and read a few pages and did not get to read enough to post. I am now home and able to post.

I will not be on the thread as much as I have in the past. In the last few games I have had to cut down on how much time I devote to this very addicting game. I am fairly sure I posted this on a sign-up thread several games ago. My playing time has been the same the last few games.

There seems to be a lot of nonsense posted that has nothing to do with the game.

As far as me being on the "mee-mee train" - first, I voted for her with my first vote because she was the first to role play (if that makes me evil so be it); second, it was a close call between two players - not really much of a train at all.

It seems odd that Ewurm can one moment be a confused noob and then the next moment be a knowledgeable player. Maybe he is getting help on what to say.

I do see that Ewurm and Hooked Newbie seem to post right after each other.

Maybe what made me better at this "game" is that I quit playing awhile ago, and tried not to save myself, but the town. If that makes me better, so be it. I think your reason to vote mee mee is incredibly weak. My vote is on you, and stays with you. Your accusation of myself and HN being in alliance stems from the fact that we posted at the same time, but I wonder if that holds true for the entire thread? Keep in mind also that I voted for HN initially, then misread MM and voted for her with little info to go on. My lesson is learned. If I have little to go on, my vote goes nowhere.

Thanks for gracing us with your presence. You have 6 posts total, I have many more so I'm sure there are many people that post right after me or vice versa. Last night Ice and I were definitely posting after one another. That's the difference between being active and lurking. Good for you to think ahead and post in the signup thread that you wouldn't be on much. Funny how you only come out when called out.

This makes me a bit nervous seeing that I'm leaning innocent on both Ewrum and HN.

I was looking for LGs replacement on my list, I think I might have found it. Time will tell.

I understand the 1st vote on MM for role play but can you explain why you kept it there?

Everyone else has made their explanations known.

I have noticed that people often over-analyze what other people say, which makes this thing waayy more complicated than it really is

I vote to genetically test KOTD because:

1. Right off the bat he basically said he would sit back and observe for the first part of the game rather than discuss...maybe had something to hide? If innocent why not show us by helping out???

2. Started picking up the posting after people questioned his motives and he got very defensive

3. Following votes and suspicions...no real original ideas

4. Stating innocence in basically every post, which is very annoying actually

Other thoughts:

ewurm and nm- newbs that were hard to read because of some early confusion, but ewurm has especially turned his gameplay around which has me a little wary but not very suspicious yet

dd, plant, jl, bkw- low posters in general that are experienced and are hard to get reads on

lady g and swayde- ggf thing is suspicious, very easily could snow us all

dc- lower poster that tends to be a little defensive when questioned but nothing jumps out at me anyways

ice- posting a lot this game and is definitely kicking down some doors, maybe not the best playing style but I agree with most things said, but I am still cautious about him and will be watching

z- hard to read for sure, not as active as in previous games when innocent...but not enough to go on yet

hn- kinda like z

I vote to genetically test KingoftheDeep.

For voting for Mee-Mee on day 1 and then jumping off once the train had left the tracks.

For being overly dramatic with the "I am Innocent" and "You will be sorry posts."

For not answering my questions, as benign as they were.

I would be with you , but JL is hands down my target. KOTD is  and if I survive, that's my next pick. If I don't, the townies will take down KOTD or JL. I am positive of this.

Really no such thing as over-analyzing in this game. Many people have hidden motives. Every detail matters!
