I'm not saying the OP had a good idea, but people are chastising him like he clubbed a baby seal for fun.

He is ok, the fish is ok, let's just stop all the name calling...

Agreed. While it wasn't a great idea, it wasn't nearly as bad as people are making it out to be. This thread shouldn't have blown up to this many pages in less then a day.

And I don't really get the sarcastic attitudes about the money either. I've seen people do crazier things for less money. A rather minor injury from a fish bite (lets be honest, it might have been more then the OP expected but with that size mouth you can be pretty sure the fish couldn't have done serious damage) for $20 isn't all that crazy. Some people find it fun to do silly/crazy/stupid things.

just because you don't see and meet them doesn't mean they don't exist.

Not so much the movie but the live show where he does impromptu stunts at the crowds request. Cutting your tounge with a broken beer bottle is never a stunt in which a safety coordinator would approve of...

Trust me, he does many of his "live stunts" with pupils the size of dinner plates and a blood alcohol level that would kill an elephant.

The movie is another story.

and who is to say that the piece of "beer bottle" wasn't autoclaved before the show, and there is a medical squad standing by is there not?

Regardless, the stunt by the OP was stupid and the point I was trying to make is that this stunt does not make him on the same level as professionals.

I'm done with this thread, I agree with JB on not feeding the troll. He's just some kid that will do it no matter what we say. The response that would best fit our purpose in him not doing it again would have been silence. Because we answered him, even negatively, we have catered to his ego and thus in his eyes validated his actions, he got what he wanted...attention.

I will no longer encourage this behavior by giving the OP the attention he wants, you may continue to do so if it pleases you.

I'm done with this one as well...

OP, don't do it again, and if you do, don't post it on here, people will only immaturly bash you and stoop to an even lower level than what they say you are on for the stunt in the first place...

And everyone else that reverted back to kindergarten name calling, grow up please and keep AC a positive place to interact.

As for everyone else that wa helpful in the situation, thank you for nicely suggesting that the OP not do this type of stunt again for the well being of the fish.

ks.....this is done...
