Bugs and humidity from tanks

I had a tank in storage years ago that became a nursery for breeding cockroaches. When I went to get the tank out of storage, there were literally thousands of roaches (from babies to adults) scurrying around everywhere. I had left the damp, dirty gravel in it and they found it irresistible. The tank (along with everything else that shared the storage space) spent the night locked in the back of a U Haul truck after I set off 3 bug bombs in there. EVERYTHING was dead the next day. lol

I have a thing for worms. I went on vacation once and came back to dive into my nice clean bed. Apparently my cat (who must have had fleas) had been sleeping on it in my absence. I kept feeling something itchy. I finally jumped out of bead and looked. There were a whole bunch of flea larva on my bed. God I was so grossed out I ran and took a shower. Ever since then.... worms freak my out.

Well someone wakes up on the wrong side of the bed often. More people are afraid of bugs than you know. If your not slightly freaked out by the way at least one bug looks, then I say there is something wrong with you.
Wrong side of the bed? HUH? I was joking around with you guys. I thought it was funny. And no, I have never met a bug that has "freaked me out".

I got hit in the forehead by a large beetle while standing in the backseat of a convertible GTO doing 110 mph. Yeah, I know.

Roaches are nasty, I hate the Texas sized ones that would crawl out of the shower drains when I lived in corpus. Talk about MASSIVE!
And , fanatic I was just playing along :)

Subrosa, I had a friend who swallowed a fly while driving a motorcycle... He wasn't too happy lol!

I take that back. Camel Spiders. I had one drop onto my shoulder. Bout crapped my pants.

Cave Crickets are not like most crickets. They are non-chirping, people-intimidators. Cave crickets even consume their own body parts in order to survive. Kind of counterproductive, huh? <--- anyone catch that?? **shudders** Sorry to make it worse, Manafel!

I've seen videos of soldiers in the desert messing with a sleeping friend by putting a huge camel spider on his helmet, it was really funny to watch.
I'm not concerned about them eating themselves, hopefully they will eat themselves to death that way they won't jump at me! Lol
