building a moss wall for a 125 gallon tank

Nice post! I hadn't heard of using fiberglass mesh. I've always seen threads about using plastic mesh from craft stores. Learn something everyday

If anyone has seen those plunger style food choppers (round base, you slam down on the top of the plunger and the "Z" blade turns a little after each hit), I think that would be the way to go instead of using scissors to cut the moss small. Then sprinkle the moss bits across the mesh.

so today some moss is already coming through the mesh. i was told that fiberglass is plastic so i went for it. i know aluminum is bad news. i didnt blend it because i didnt want the moss so small it would fall to the bottom.
the fish in there are dalmation sailfin mollies. im actually selling them since the population exploded...i get a dozen fry every day.

lol i "thought" i have enough even though the bunch seemed huge.. well lets say i had to down size from 12x12 to 10x5
