Building Custom Slate Walls/Caves

Sorry it took a little bit more effort than I wanted to locate a digital camera. :eek3:

Pictures didn't come out all that great and mind you it's only the first creation. The flash shows the silicone well, but it is clear and hard to see unless you put your face up to the glass with the aquarium lights on.

Had to use a lot of silicone, the slate is so uneven it was going to take hours to piece it together with minimal silicone. By globbing it on the piece wouldn't slip and slide anymore and I was able to make it in about 10 minutes.

Plus, you really can't see the silicone in the tank. The silicone reflects the flash much like the slate did in those pictures, making it look white.

I have a few more boxes of slate that I'll be breaking into soon to make more.
