you could both add a few ghost shrimp.

2 maybe in a five gallon.

although, they do best in groups of 4 or more, not alone.

but you'd need bigger tanks.

what kind of HB is yours? if it's just the common wrestling HB, which grow to 2.5 inches full grown, i'd say you could keep them and the gobies in a 10g quite happiliy. show us a pic so we can tell which species you're dealing with.

pretty sure they're common wrestling from comparison with lots of pictures. i don't have a camera so i'll have to get a friend to take some pictures sometime.
