Cheapest place for lights?

I have two 65w lights on the hood of my 40 (fluorescent? I'm not sure, they're strip lights). One is a white light and one is actinic. I'd like to get a little better lighting on it, and I'd like to get the lights at.... not an aquarium store. Cheaper that way. I hope.
Ideas?

not very its not even that much to do with wiring almost a plug and play type thing if you have the right stuff.

just my 2 cents....

you might wanna replace that actinic bulb with a white one (assuming this is a freshwater tank.. if its salt then disregard)

actinic bulbs can cause MAD algae issues
