Cherry Shrimp help

Okay, sorry it's been a while. I made several changes. First off, I ditched that generic substrate and the fluval shrimp stratum and got some seachem fluorite. I think the major issue was the way the substrate made my aquarium water pH different than my tap water, causing water changes to disrupt the tank too much. I now have two separate 10 gallon, planted tanks. The first contains two dwarf orange crayfish and five ember tetras. The crayfish are breeding and seem to be doing wonderful. The second tank is my shrimp tank which contains amanos and cherries that are successfully breeding now as well, I'm on my second generation :) Thank you guys so much or your help. And I've definitely learned my lesson with chemicals and fancy substrates!

I think your problem is the five Amano shrimp.
Keeping both Amanos and Cherry Shrimps in the same tank usually does not end well for the Cherry Shrimps.
