I think all different varieties peacock should be fine. It will make spectacular display. Most peacock will get along, if you added them all at the same time before they established and stake out their territories.

Thank you everyone for your input! I was worried about size and aggression and finally got some angels today. 3 quarter-size super red koi angels. I've not seen this color before. Supposedly they develop a deeper red orange as they get bigger. And hopefully I'll end up with a mated pair and babies

I'd keep an eye on them with that gourami, it doesn't always work.
They look good though! Looks like you decided to go with live plants too, which look pretty healthy as well!
