Cichlid suggestion for my barb tank?

All you mentioned except the Jewel are African Cichlids, not a good idea. Stick to the South or Central Americans.

Jewels are African cichlids, but they aren't from the Rift lakes. They are an African riverine species.

I'd up the tiger barbs and the ottos.

Kribs are fantastic cichlids in all regards!!

Jewels can be really nasty if they pair up, so I would avoid them.

Rams will starve in a tank with barbs. They eat too slow. After 6+ months they would have starved to death.

I'll keep an eye out for that. I threw a few extra pellets their way, because they are still hiding when I come near the tank, and they found them and are eating them.

What did you get?? Kribs, Jewels, ro Rams?? One of my "Guy" friends have the "Blue Jewels" and they are in a tank of tetras, and he says they are peaceful. They are about 4" long.

Rams. I think I got a male and a female. They are pretty small. They're staying together, but I don't know if that means they are a male/female pair or not. He's following her around and making puckering lips at her.
