what size tank? dwarf crays are ok, but big crays are freaking kool man. i have white, orange and blue.

theemon- The tank is only 30 gallons so I am wanting the dwarf to fit in better size wise.

you shouldnt let people talk you into dwarfs. just because there the "new thing" doesnt mean there the best.

I think a dwarf cray is an excellent fit for this tank. I would much rather have a cray fish I know will not eat my shrimp or fish. You said yourself that keeping crays with shrimp means you will loose some.

Theemon, as the tank is only 30gal I want to keep the size of the stock somewhat in "perspective" to the aquascaping. Also, I have not been talked into getting dwarf crays because they are a fad, I really liked the look of them and wanted something to fit my needs. So far dwarf crays have done that. Thanks for your comments and suggestions keep them coming.

dwarf crays are known to eat shrimp and fish too. i have owned some cpo's.

and thats kool, im not trying to sway you either, im just saying regular sized crayfish are just as fun
