most likely not... 30 watts on how many gallons and how deep is the tank? if any chance i would say shrooms... sorry maybe not what you wanted to hear..

75g and i believe is 18" deep.

You can get a nice set of PC lights for pretty cheap and be able to keep a nice arrangement of corals.

yeah as long as they are not photosynthetic. sun corals would fit the bill.
