It’s a new addition and I can’t remember the readings as I got the tank water tested at my local fish shop and the guy said it was properly cycled
It's good that you did have the water tested, but I would not trust a fish store's reading or advice (most of the time).
You need your own liquid test kit like the API master test kit to troubleshoot further. They're $25 online and last years.
