Corydora fin is shiny blue weird is it diseased

Albino corydora has a shiny white blue fin im Worried that it’s fin rot or some other issue is it normal?

It’s side fins and anal fins are blue and it’s the only one out of three that has this color

Hard to say. Is this fish a new addition?

Do you have readings in PPM for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?

It’s a new addition and I can’t remember the readings as I got the tank water tested at my local fish shop and the guy said it was properly cycled

It's good that you did have the water tested, but I would not trust a fish store's reading or advice (most of the time).

You need your own liquid test kit like the API master test kit to troubleshoot further. They're $25 online and last years.
